A daughter, a sister, a friend, a partner, a mother, a Doula. I live in Naarm (Melbourne), Australia, but was born and grew up in South Africa.

My own birth experience was the catalyst to my journey and passion into birth work. Unexpectedly falling pregnant was a big adjustment for my partner and I. Living in a foreign country, away from close family and my immediate community made it tough. The continued care I received from my midwife was integral to my well being and the depths of this adjustment for me.

It was that experience that planted a seed. A seed that has now grown into this sacred work I do today. My vision and passion is to support, hold space, listen deeply and inspire families with compassion, knowledge and choice on their journey into parenthood. I am passionate about being in a constant state of learning and I consider myself a perpetual student in this important work. 

I love connecting with nature and spending time outdoors. Cultivating community and witnessing my children grow and morph into their own little beings.
